It scores each result with a fit probability, hot-leads flags for deadlines under 14 days, and a dollar-value estimate so you can prioritize your pipeline and avoid spending time on opportunities where you're not competitive.

You provide your firm name, sectors of focus, preferred delivery methods, typical project size range, NAICS codes you want to track, geographic regions of interest, preferred contract types, certifications and set-aside status, and the scan frequency (daily or weekly). The agent scans SAM.gov plus state DOT and municipal portals and returns a ranked opportunity list within those parameters.

The fit score combines sector alignment, size match (within 50% of your stated min/max range), set-aside eligibility, geographic proximity, and delivery method fit. Scores range from 0–100. Opportunities above 75 are strong candidates for immediate capture review; scores below 40 typically indicate a poor capability match and are deprioritized. Export the full scan as CSV or PDF to hand off to your BD team for qualification review.
